Double Power is inspired by our favorite IPA, Flower Power, with Yakima Chief’s Cryo Pop hop blend carefully incorporated in the whirlpool and dry hop to create an even bigger hop profile. Look for more tropical, citrus, and stone fruit flavors and aromas in a beer that already packs a dank, and fruity punch from a variety of high profile hops.

Inspired by Ithaca Beer Co.’s Flower Power. Carefully combines the beloved punchy pineapple, floral notes, and clover honey sweetness of Flower Power with the exotic fruit flavors and aromas of Mosaic and Galaxy hops. Mosaic and Galaxy add a tropical splash of mango, passion fruit, soft stone fruits, berries, and citrus at a refreshing and easy drinking 5.5% abv just in time for Summer.

Flavorful Robust Porter with just the right amount of Vanilla. Notes of chocolate, toffee, and deep caramel sweetness. Nearly opaque, and mahogany in color with a tan head, and fuller mouthfeel. The addition of 100% Pure Bourbon Vanilla Extract adds premium Vanilla character, and a perceived creaminess, while pulling together the many rich flavors of the porter.

The beautifully citrusy hop forward character of Ithaca Flower Power brewed with the vibrance of Oak and Crow’s Ethiopian sourced coffee. Think of Flower Power’s punchy pineapple and grapefruit body blended with notes of berries, stone fruit, cocoa, caramel, delicate florals, and juicy sweetness from the coffee. An unusually soothingly, complex pint that brings the coffee house experience to the ale house. Oak and Crow Coffee is a small-batch coffee roaster in Ithaca, New York.

An American Saison, that uses a blend of Belgian Saison and American Ale yeast to present a refreshing, yet invigorating beer. The recipe aims to balance the dry and flavorful malt profile that includes pilsner, wheat, oats, and rye, with the popular, albeit purposeful, additions of Mosaic, Citra, and Galaxy hops. The refreshingly aromatic and inviting spiciness of the belgian yeast reminds you the warmth and fresh air of Spring is around the corner.

Country Pumpkin offers the comforting warmth of Fall. A delightful deep golden-orange glow highlights the subtle sweetness of pumpkin spice and complex, malt-forward flavor with a surprisingly dry finish. A wonderful seasonal ale to curl up with on a cool, crisp Autumn evening.

For those who enjoy Chai tea, you’ll recognize the distinct clove and cardamom spicing, paired with a traditional pumpkin spice blend. The brew is finished with a delicate amount of natural black tea extract creating a herbal essence in the aroma. Tea is sometimes enjoyed with milk or cream to cut through any astringency the spices and tea may leave. Lactose works well to fill that role by leaving a pleasant amount of residual sweetness and enhanced malt character. We add pumpkin puree to the mash that includes Crystal, Munich, and Vienna malts creating an authentic pumpkin profile.

‘Twill be the fuggliest time of the year, so we joyously present our gift to this year’s season… Fuggly Sweater. Fuggly Sweater is a dark lager brewed to inspire the holiday favorite, gingerbread. The wide range of specialty malts create yummy cookie and cake qualities. The presentation is dark, but not opaque, with brown hues. Ginger is at center stage, and as with traditional gingerbread, a light amount of cloves, nutmeg, and cinnamon round out the spice profile. The official beer of this year’s Fuggly Sweater Party Season.
