We are pleased to invite you to our Taproom on Tuesday, January 26th at 6 pm for the premiere of our 2016 Ithaca Beer Dinners, a series of exclusive dinner events we will be hosting throughout the upcoming year.
Ithaca Beer Dinners are a celebration of the true Spirit of the Finger Lakes.
Ithaca Beer Company’s Head Chef Brian Welch carefully selects locally sourced ingredients, and collaborates with our Head Brewer Andrew Hausman, to pair each one of its five courses with the perfect craft beer, handpicked in order to create a sublime harmony of aromas and flavors.
Every Ithaca Beer Dinner contains a new farm-to-table menu, personally presented in an intimate setting by our Head Chef and Head Brewer. Guests will delight in a new culinary experience and a variety of prime craft beers at each event.
A visit to any one of the five Finger Lakes is its own unique experience, and we’ve designed every Ithaca Beer Dinner to recreate those distinctive encounters that make our region so special.
