Ithaca Beer Taproom Opening Thursday, Oct. 11th
At last, Ithaca Beer is ready to open doors!
ITHACA, N.Y. – Ithaca Beer Co. plans to open doors to the Taproom on Thursday, October 11, 2012 at 12:00PM. The Taproom will initially open selling pints of beer, flights of beer, and a small local cheese plate pairing in addition to retail sales of beer, apparel, and merchandise.
The Ithaca Beer Taproom will celebrate an official Grand Opening early in November, when the kitchen opens for evening dining Wednesdays through Sundays, also extending the hours of operation to 9:00PM. Weekend brewery tours will also resume early in November. Plans are underway to offer weekday visitors a self-guided peek at the brewery, which will give guests a chance to observe our brewery in action.
Opening the Taproom has been held up by licensing delays, but Ithaca Beer is very eager and hopeful to open doors to its customers who have waited very patiently.
