Chef Resumes Now Being Accepted
Ithaca Beer Company is seeking a Chef for the soon-to-open restaurant within the newly constructed Taproom at Ithaca Beer. As Chef, you will collaborate with the company owner and restaurant management team to create a menu based around a wood-fired pizza oven, with an emphasis on local and sustainable ingredient sourcing. As Chef, you will also source from the on-site vegetable garden and build strategic partnerships with local producers.

Ideal candidates have experience with the following: menu creation, kitchen staff management, ordering and purchasing inventory, and implementing cost control measures.

Salary and benefits commensurate with experience.
