OUR SODAS

Ithaca sodas are all natural, with no caffeine. Brewed in small batches to maintain the highest standards of flavor and purity.

Root Beer

Full-flavored and creamy. Brewed with natural Panama Bark extract, hops, star anise, juniper berries and vanilla bean. Wonderful any time. Great with a big scoop of ice cream.

Ginger Beer

Clean and refreshing. This ginger beer boasts a pleasant peppery bite from real ginger, with a refreshing hint of lemon. Try it by itself or with a meal, and enjoy.

We are located at the edge of town on Elmira Rd (also called Rt. 13) in Ithaca, NY, just South of Buttermilk Falls.
