Our Hops & Hens special is back in the Taproom starting Friday October 28 at 5pm!
Hops & Hens is a from scratch, limited Taproom series using ingredients from our garden and pasture, with a focus on our free-range, organically-fed rainbow ranger chickens.
Rainbow Ranger half chicken prepared two ways: wood oven roasted, hop brined chicken breast and crispy confit leg and thigh. They will be served with a smoked mushroom gumbo over rice and a grilled house made andouille sausage.
Plated for two, Hops & Hens and comes with two pints, and a complimentary bottle of green chile hot sauce, made in house with chiles from our garden.
