Golden Sour Ale

Brewed with vintage local hops, American Barley, Wheat and Corn, Brute is fermented on Oak for many months with Brettanomyces, then finished with a blend of three Champagne yeasts. Enjoy the turbid citron hue, mature aroma, brash tartness and dry, quenching sparkle.

Sour Bleuberry Ale

Brewed with New York State Blueberries and Brettanomyces, Le Bleu is a blend of barrels filled in 2007, 2008, and 2009. It's finished in the bottle with Champagne yeast.

Enjoy the dusty rose appearance, mouthwatering aroma of ripe berries, piquant flavor and quick finish.

Rustic pale wheat ale

A Belgo-American ale brewed with domestic barley and French wheat malts, the finest continental and US grown hops, and fermented with Belgian, English and Wild yeasts. Enjoy the glowing opaque appearance, fruity and herbal aromas, zesty mouthfeel and bone-dry finish.

Strong Rye Ale

Availability: Now, Limited Batch

A robust American ale brewed with four different rye malts and fresh centennial and crystal hops. It is partly fermented in Kentucky Rye Whiskey barrels then carefully blended. Enjoy the gorgeous ruby color, strong aromas of vanilla and black cherry, earthy flavors of nuts and oak and the warm, spicy finish.

Double Honey Bitter

A hoppy upstate ale brewed with organic barley malt, nys grown cascade hops, local alfalfa honey, pure Cayuga lake water and American yeast.

Enjoy the golden straw color, intensely sweet floral aroma, crisp grassy flavor and clean bitter finish.

Monastery Style Quadrupel Ale

Our anniversary ale, TWELVE is reverently brewed with French malts and German hops then piously fermented with a special blend of Trappist yeast strains.
