Cold Front

Availability: September – January
Cold Front is our Belgian-style Amber Ale brewed in autumn to keep us inspired as the days grow shorter and the nights colder. It’s brewed with European Malts and hops and fermented with a legendary Belgian “Farmhouse” yeast. Savor its deep russet color, rich flavor accented by slight herbal hoppiness, and definite spicy yeast character. Bundle up!
ABV 7.2%
Malt: Frnech Wheat, French Munich, British Roasted Barley
Hops: Noble
Other: Belgian yeast
Suggested Food Pairing: Smoked or roasted meats and hearty stews,
Recommended Cheese Pairing: Earthy cheeses like Camembert or strong smokey cheeses like Moody Blue (smoked blue cheese).


 

 

Gorges Smoked Porter

Availability: September – January
As sumptuous as it is dark, this porter is full-bodied with big fruit ale notes and leaves a nice toasted head.
ABV 7.5%
Malt: Pale, Smoked, Dark Munich, White wheat, Chocolate wheat, Roasted barley, Kiln coffee
Hops: Amarillo, Crystal, Glacier
Other: Belgian yeast
Suggested Food Pairing: Smoky BBQ!  Great in Chili or for braising.
Recommended Cheese Pairing: Buttery cheeses like Brie or Havarti


 

 

Ground Break

Availability: February – April
An Americanized – think hoppy – Saison,
Ground Break is brewed with generous amounts of Amarillo, Crystal and Glacier hops and flaked rye. It’s fermented with a blend of Belgian and American yeasts.Enjoy the very dry and hoppy bite of Ground Break as the first signs of change start breaking up the long cold winter!
ABV 6.0%
Malt: Flaked Rye, Carapils, Malted Barley
Hops: Amarillo, Crystal, Glacier
Other: Belgian and American yeasts
Suggested Food Pairing: Grilled meat or fish.
Recommended Cheese Pairing: Tangy cheeses like Feta cheese.


 

 

Partly Sunny

Availability: May – August
Partly Sunny is a hazy-straw colored wheat beer brewed with coriander, and generous amounts of orange and lemon zest.  It’s fermented with our house yeast strain to make it a crisp and refreshing summer ale!

It’s a light and refreshing beer with a subtle spicy start and a smooth citrus finish.

ABV 5.0%
Malt: 2-Row, White Wheat, Raw Wheat, Flaked Wheat, Acidulated Malt
Hops: Cascade
Other: Coriander, Lemon and Orange Zest
Suggested Food Pairing: Pairs well with fish or seafood
Recommended Cheese Pairing: Tangy cheeses like Feta cheese or Maytag Blue
