About the Beer: Enjoy the clover honey hue and tropical nose.  Our India Pale Ale is simultaneously punchy and soothing with a big body finish that boasts pineapple and grapefruit.  Flower Power is hopped and dry-hopped five different times throughout the brewing and fermentation process. By no means an ordinary Double IPA. Creeker is all hops with little malt body. Intense citrus flavor & aroma with mischievously easy drinkability. Twice the experience of Cascazilla, we brewed Double Zilla with too many malts to list and an excess of American hops. Russet color, aggressively hoppy aroma & flavor, rich body, and fiery finish. A hoppy black IPA bursting with so much flavor you might think you’re tasting double. Intensely floral nose, surprisingly light body, and strong bitter finish.

Country Pumpkin

Country Pumpkin is our medium-bodied harvest ale brewed with a medley of flavorful malt, pumpkin puree, Magnum hops and a touch of seasonal spices.The masterful blend of 2-Row, Vienna, Munich, Caramunich and Honey malt with Magnum hops balances the sweet pumpkin with an aroma of nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger and allspice to create a rich, malty ale for the autumn season.

Delight in the deep golden-orange glow while savoring the complex, malt-forward flavors and surprisingly dry finish of our new curcubitaceous ale.

It’s brewed with European Malts and hops and fermented with a legendary Belgian “Farmhouse” yeast. Excelsior! Anniversary Fifteen

Dark Rye Ale

Inspired by the rye beers of southern Germany, we created this mischievously potent brew using an intriguing combination of pale and rye malts, a traditional German  ale yeast, a New Zealand hops.The result is an assertive dark copper-brown ale with a full-bodied malt backbone and elegant notes of clove and spice. The finish is bracing with a sharp spiciness that parallels a gentle hint of tropical fruit.

A robust American ale brewed with four different rye malts and fresh centennial and crystal hops. It is partly fermented in Kentucky Rye Whiskey barrels then carefully blended. Enjoy the gorgeous ruby color, strong aromas of vanilla and black cherry, earthy flavors of nuts and oak and the warm, spicy finish.

Cascazilla

Availability: Year Round
The name CascaZilla (Cas-kuh-zil-uh) is a play on both the name of a gorge in Ithaca called Cascadilla and the monster amounts of Cascade Hops we use to make the beer. The predominant flavor and aroma of this beer comes from fresh American hops. CascaZilla gets its distinctive red color from a healthy portion of caramel malt, which also lends to the beer, a hearty body and sweetness. It is a hoppy red ale!
