CascaZilla
Availability: Year Round
The name CascaZilla is a play on both the name of a gorge in Ithaca called Cascadilla and the monster amounts of Cascade Hops we use to make the beer. The predominant flavor and aroma of this beer comes from fresh American hops. CascaZilla gets its distinctive red color from a healthy portion of caramel malt, which also lends to the beer, a hearty body and sweetness. It is a hoppy red ale!

Flower Power India Pale Ale
Availability: Year Round, Limited
Enjoy the clover honey hue and tropical nose. Simultaneously Punchy and soothing with a big body and a finish that boasts pineapple and grapefruit. Flower power is hopped and dry-hopped five different times throughout the brewing and fermentation process.

Nut Brown
Availability: Year Round
The rich mahogany hue of the Nut Brown is the first thing you will notice. You’ll find subtle hints of both chocolate & coffee. We delicately blend chocolate & caramel malts with four others to make this flavorful, easy drinking beer. The malt character will appeal to those looking for a moderate dark ale, but the smoothness is what will surprise all.

Pale Ale

Hopped and dry-hopped with generous amounts of west coast hops, our Pale Ale boasts a fragrant aroma and a pleasant hop bite. It has a deep golden color, and nicely balances the bitterness of the hops with the sweetness of the malt. Whether you know hops or not, our Pale Ale will appeal to all those looking for a refreshing, well balanced ale.

Cold Front Belgian-Style Amber Ale
Availability: Sept. - Feb.
Description: Cold Front is our Belgian-style Amber Ale brewed in autumn to keep us inspired as the days grow shorter and the nights colder. It's brewed with European Malts and hops and fermented with a legendary Belgian "Farmhouse" yeast. Savor its deep russet color, rich flavor accented by slight herbal hoppiness, and definite spicy yeast character. Bundle up!

Gorges Smoked Porter
Availability: Sept. - Dec.
As sumptuous as it is dark, this porter is full-bodied with big fruit ale notes and leaves a nice toasted head.

Ground Break American-Style Saison
Availability: Feb. - Apr.
An Americanized – think hoppy – Saison,
Ground Break is brewed with generous amounts of Amarillo, Crystal and Glacier hops and flaked rye.  It's fermented with a blend of Belgian and American yeasts.  

Enjoy the very dry and hoppy bite of Ground Break as the first signs of change start breaking up the long cold winter!

Partly Sunny Wheat Ale Brewed w/ Spices

Partly Sunny is an Ithaca-style interpretation of the classic Belgian Wit bier. It is a hazy-straw colored wheat beer brewed with coriander, and generous amounts of lemon zest. It is light and refreshing beer with a subtle spicy start and a smooth citrus finish.
