Our Ithaca Beer Dinner Series 2017 debut will be channeling those unforgettable from scratch meals, taking deceptively basic dishes and making them something special using fresh, local ingredients, and thoughtful preparation. Our kitchen’s sophisticated culinary twists will include all of the mouth-watering elements of your grandma’s favorites, served in ways you’ve never seen before.

As with all our Ithaca Beer Dinners, each course will be flawlessly paired with one of our first-class craft beers, enhancing the experience and waking up those supper-time taste buds.
